A Busy Day in Oklahoma Homebuilding
Lots is happening in the American Eagle Office today. E.J. is off doing banking and checking on our new homesites which are in the Nile neighborhood. This is one little hot neighborhood! The homes are so adorable. They are all around 1600 square feet, give or take a little. Just right for couples just starting out, singles, or empty nesters. The floor plans are open and make the houses feel big inside, but without all of that square footage to keep up! Here’s a picture of one that’s already sold. They sell before we can even get them finished over there!
